The main challenges encountered during these mandates were:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Sun Life and National Bank Financial both have entrusted Teknika HBA for the last three years with their rehabilitation works, including modifications to their air conditioning systems.
About 40 000 sq ft is rehabilitated each year at Sun Life and 20 000 sq ft at National Bank Financial. As a result, our team is knowledgeable in working with the existing air conditioning systems, systems which must be modified following rehabilitation
