PROJECT CHARACTERISTICS
The project involved reconstruction of various remnants and mechanisms used in black powder production. It also provided for creating historical and standard elements in the development and supply of balustrades and stairways.
The proposal suggests redeveloping walkways and building new pedestrian access ways

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The master plan for overall development of the existing facilities included a market study and analysis, communications plan and development and beautification plan.
The site already integrates equipment and remnants with significant potential. However, the opportunities are underexploited and no development supported the period facilities.
