TRAINING PROGRAMS
Teknika HBA invests significantly in its employees' continuous training. After every year-end performance evaluation, each employee can create a training program tailored to his or her need. Seeking to promote the development of knowledge and advanced expertise for its staff, Teknika HBA contributes financially to the costs incurred for higher education (graduate and post-graduate studies). In 2005, training investments represented 3.5% of the payroll.
