PROJECT CHARACTERISTICS
The surrounding soil has limited load capacity and the water table was almost ground level. To optimize construction costs, screw type piles were integrated in the design of the foundation and a fine tuned underground water drainage system installed. |
The schedule was tightened to fit with the five months available for the on site construction. |
In the design and planning of the project, we had to incorporate the presence, on the property, of a main gas pipeline right of way and crossing. |
