PROJECT CHARACTERISTICS We were given the mandate at a time when construction of the building and clean rooms was significantly behind schedule. The goal was to render the clean rooms functional within the original timetable.
SERVICES RENDERED
As project manager, we guided the final construction phase of the new building and participated in the implementation of clean rooms.
We established timetables for all participants and coordinated work on the building and services for the clean room.
