SERVICES RENDERED Teknika HBA oversaw cost control for site supervision and construction management activities, which included the following:
coordination of site activities with the Ministère des Transports, Roche Ltd. and the general contractor;
leadership of site meetings;
supervision of construction works;
processing of progress estimates;
preparation of deficiency list.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project involved construction of an interchange on Highway 40, leading to route des Grondines in the municipality of Grondines. The works were executed over a period of around six months.
