PROJECT DESCRIPTION The detailed energy study was concentrated on the administrative office spaces B/AG-1 and B/A G-2 before their complete renovations (10 M$ project).
The study mostly dealt with lighting systems, motors and heating. Keeping in mind the new vocation of the building.
Fifteen energy saving measures were recommended resulting in a 371 reduction in energy consumption. The measure contributing the most to the savings is the installation of an efficient lighting system (electronic ballasts with T-8 tubes) with an on/off control according to occupation.
