PROJECT DESCRIPTION Within the project framework “Cité des Rivières” and its Lac des Nations surroundings, the City of Sherbrooke decided on the construction of a footbridge completely independent of the Montcalm Bridge. This footbridge connects the esplanade’s multifunctional track on the western bank of the Lac des Nations, to the future Place Versailles on the eastern bank.
