Excellent knowledge of the client's needs was required: serving a hostel-service clientele in a non-profit environment where income is derived solely through individual and corporate donations.
Construction management for the three projects occurred simultaneously with negotiations for donations from suppliers (material and equipment), specialized entrepreneurs and unionized construction workers.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Re-engineering and implementation of the Hôtellerie de l'Outaouais in Gatineau and the Hôtellerie de la Mauricie in Trois-Rivières included architectural, structural and mechanical-electrical design for the three-floor buildings, each totaling 12 000 square feet.

Expansion and implementation of the Hôtellerie de l'Estrie in Sherbrooke included architectural, structural and mechanical-electrical design, totaling 4000 square feet.
