PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in the quadrilateral formed by Viger, Bleury, Saint-Antoine and Square Victoria Streets, the building was to be built over the Ville-Marie Expressway. The building's floor surface, including the basement, totals 700 000 ft², and it incorporates a tunnel system leading to the metro, as well as 12 above-ground floors, with the majority of the space dedicated to offices. This project required the use of two emergency generators (750 and 1 250 kVA) to ensure electrical power. |
